This summer, FOCUS Churches of Albany will be hosting “Tuesdays with FOCUS at the Community Harvest Garden,” each week on Tuesday night from at 6pm through August 31st. These weekly gatherings will allow members of the FOCUS community to volunteer at the Community Harvest Garden in a social setting, while ensuring that the garden is maintained. On two of these Tuesday events, there will be a special speaker who does a short presentation on gardening.
Volunteers need not sign up to come to the weekly gatherings, but are asked to come in clothes and shoes suitable for work in a garden. If you have a question about “Tuesdays with FOCUS…,” please contact Kaitlyn Calaluca at VISTA Email. We look forward to seeing you there!
