FOCUS Attends the Be A King Volunteer Fair

Thanks to those who came down to help us get started. We appreciate the support!

📢 It felt great to be back out in the community! 📢

FOCUS attended the “Be A King Volunteer Fair” on Wed, Jan 14. It was our 1st community event in a while and it felt fantastic to reconnect. We shared our new branding, talked with people interested in volunteering in Albany, and handed out brochures and tote bags.

One of the highlights was seeing some of our Breakfast Club friends when they stopped by to say hello.

Our in-person “event kit” is officially ready to go. Here are a few photos from the day. Thanks to everyone who made it such an encouraging return to community events.

Some scanned the QR codes, some took a brochure, some signed up to talk later, and many took a moment to chat. Thanks to everyone who shared their time with us to learn more.

We did have people stop to sign-up! It was encouraging. You can see that Pastor Brigid was right there to connect.

This is the lady behind the "curtain!" Beth Grayson, owner of RoeJan Design. Her expertise is out of this world. We are so lucky to have her on our team!
