FOCUS partners with CDPHP each year. Jevonne Bowman, CHPHP’s Community Wellness Advocate shared the following:

“CDPHP’s community engagement and care teams were happy to spend the morning at the FOCUS Churches of Albany Breakfast Club, serving our community, donating winter coats, and providing blood pressure screenings. CDPHP partners with FOCUS each year because this program embodies dignity, community, and consistent support for those who need it most.”
